My Iron Count Is Fine But Hemogloben Is Low

BOXING T'ai Chi

The photo on the right a picture of the famous General Ch'i Chi - Kuang, one of three Boxing precursors famous T'ai chi (XVI). A phrase from his work Essentials of Classic Boxing reads:

"When you go beyond postures and techniques, is effective in one motion, if one makes the mistake to adopting pretentious, be ineffective to ten moves. "

Take for example the teachings of this famous Chinese general and assume the responsibility for acquisition positions simple and effective, although not as flashy and showy as the modern Shaolin Kung-fu. (Pictured left).
